HypnoBirthing Classes with Rue Asher:
Rue Asher is a highly experienced HypnoBirthing Practitioner having specialised in this area for the last 5 years and having been a qualified Hypnotherapist for the last 14 years. She remains a passionate advocate of its teachings and its place within birth education, in offering couples the chance of a more positive, empowered and calmer birth experience. It is a complete birth education programme that aims to prepare mothers and partners, emotionally, physically and intellectually for birth.
HypnoBirthing classes here at Serenity Therapies are held in a comfortable and relaxing environment. These small intimate classes are great in enabling close monitoring of each couples progress and in answering any questions or concerns in detail. The course costs £295 per couple (this includes all materials such as file, handouts, book, CD, tea and biscuits!)
The classes take place either during the week or on a Saturday and a good time to start is between 25-30 weeks (although early booking is advisable especially for the Saturday class option).
